DRESS REGULATIONS
FOR THE MEMBER'S LOUNGE AND GOLF COURSE
These rules apply to gentlemen,
boys, ladies and girls.
The following items of clothing
will not be worn in the Member's lounge or dining room:
Jeans
Trainer type shoes or boots
Jerkins with zips
Anoraks, overcoats, fleeces, body warmers or waterproof golf jackets /
windcheaters
Golf shoes of any kind
Track or shell suits
Hats, caps or visors
Collarless shirts
Ski pants or leggings
Football type jerseys or shirts
Shorts after 8.00pm Fridays and Saturdays
Hold-alls or golf equipment must not be brought into the lounge or dining
area.
Members, guests and visitors are not permitted to enter the lounge or dining
room in their stocking feet - shoes must be worn.
The staff have the full backing of Council to
enforce the rules by directing offenders to leave the Club.
The following items of clothing
will not be worn on the course:
Jeans - even under waterproofs
Trainer type shoes or footwear other than proper golf shoes
Collarless or sleeveless shirts
Untailored shorts
Track or shell suits
Ski pants or leggings
Football type jerseys or shirts
All players must comply with these
rules or they will not be permitted to play.
Mobile phones are not permitted to be used in the Clubhouse or on the
Course.
Members are reminded they are totally responsible for their guests' behaviour including compliance with dress rules.
