This high profile occasion was fully supported by the Scottish PGA and many of the top Scottish PGA professionals participated

This years Pro Am built on the success of last years event and a better day than last year had been hoped for but the weather had other ideas as most of he field had a fair bit of rain and the 18th had to be cleared of standing water for the final few teams.

Around 30 teams took part and all the players raved about the condition of the course and seemed to enjoy their day.

In 2009 the fantastic sum of £2654 was presened to the Sick Kids charity, our thanks to all who participated or gave their time so willingly to make it an excellent day.

The winning Team score was 58 and the winning team this year was team Stableford from Prestonfield.

The winning Pro Score was tied between David Orr from East Renfrewshire and Steven Gray from Hayston both on 67.
